Tretinoin or also known as all-trans Retinoic is an acid form of Vitamin A. It is used for the treatment of severe forms of acne that are resistant to other forms of treatment. Structurally, Alpha-Arbutin(4-hydroxyphenyl-a-D-glucopyranoside) is an a-glucosidic bond that is more stable and efficient compared to the β-form in beta-arbutin.
